As trainees we often start audit and QI projects but it’s difficult to make meaningful change because of how often we rotate.
The RCoA 2021 Curriculum has set clear objectives and learning outcomes for all stages of training, which aims to address this.
The Wessex Quality Improvement Collaborative (Wes-QIC) is aiming to help try and find to facilitate trainees achieving these objectives and improving the outcomes of quality improvement in anaesthesia across the region.
Head to the Wes-QIC Website and sign up for access to a regional QI Hub containing current QI projects happening in the region, a directory of useful contacts and resources to help you both gain the evidence you need to achieve the curriculum outcomes and improve your QI skills!
