As trainees we often start audit and QI projects but it’s difficult to make meaningful change because of how often we rotate.
SPARC and the QI collaborative are trying to change this by linking rotating trainees to create a ‘swap shop’ of QI projects.
We’d love to hear from you about your QI projects; consultants are also welcome to register projects.
