As trainees we often start audit and QI projects but it’s difficult to make meaningful change because of how often we rotate.

The RCoA 2021 Curriculum has set clear objectives and learning outcomes for all stages of training, which aims to address this.

The Wessex Quality Improvement Collaborative (Wes-QIC) is aiming to help try and find to facilitate trainees achieving these objectives and improving the outcomes of quality improvement in anaesthesia across the region.
